 Amazonia Fashion Return Policy                                                    

 

If you are not 100% happy with any full priced Amazonia Fashion item, you may return it within 10 days of receiving it 

and you will be issued a store credit. All refunds are store credit, no exceptions. 

 

If you want exchange the item you must contact us, we can't guarantee that the size and/or color are in stock at the time of your return. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

We do not offer monetary refunds, only store credit which may be used in our online store. 

All items must be in the original and in unwashed condition. *All tags, the SEAL TAG and incidentals ( ie spare buttons ) must be attached. Please be careful when trying on the items, as we do not accept returns with makeup stains or strong smells (perfume, food etc.) If the item(s) are not in acceptable condition, it will be returned to the costumer.

 

 

Exchanges and store credit do not apply for jewelry and/or undergarments.  

When returning an item please keep the tracking number handy, in the rare case the parcel goes missing. Amazonia Fashion is not held liable for parcels that go missing on their way back to us.

 

SALE ITEMS 

All sales are final for clearance and On-Sale items, store credit does not apply.

Please contact us for returns for exchanges on international orders, additional postage charges apply.
